Apply for this position and join us in building Europe’s next generation infrastructure.
Our values are rooted in responsibility, readiness, and long term thinking. We believe sovereignty must be designed into systems from the start. Readiness is achieved through capability, not procurement. Autonomy is infrastructure, not a feature. We build with the understanding that modern systems carry long term consequences. That is why we prioritise reliability over novelty, integration over isolation, and sustained capability over short term advantage.

This engineering position is focused on designing digital, mixed signal and power distribution schematic captures and appropriate PCB layouts, verification, prototyping and preparing documentation for manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate System Level Requirements to the PCB Design Level Requirements.
- Design Schematic Capture and Layout.
- Consider and mitigate EMC issues during design time.
- Create and validate PCB Prototypes.
- Optimize design from the perspective of technological capabilities, cost and performance.
- Cooperate with Engineers of Related Specialities to create an overall product.
- Perform DFM on PCB design.
- Create Fabrication Documentation based on PCB design. Check files and ensure files meet manufacturer capabilities.
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, with coursework in electromagnetics, digital, mixed signal circuits and power electronics design.
- At least 5 years of experience in schematic capture and layout designs in the field of instrument engineering.
- Strong knowledge in the field of digital, mixed signal and power circuits.
- Strong knowledge of EMC/EMI control principles on layout and system level.
- Strong knowledge of high-speed layout principles such as transmission lines and termination. The basics of RF engineering is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of IPC basics related to the PCB design such as IPC-222X, IPC-7351 etc. Understanding of IPC classes and its feasibility on the design level.
- ECAD Proficiency: Altium Designer (advanced level required), Hyperlynx (familiarity advantageous).

[01]
Design with scale in mind.
We develop systems as part of an ecosystem that is intended to grow.
Scale is not an afterthought, but a design principle that shapes architecture, integration, and evolution.
[02]
Build a solid foundation.
We prioritise core architecture, interoperability, and long term resilience.
A strong foundation enables systems to adapt without fragmentation.
[03]
Practice over theory.
We value learning through application.
Systems are shaped by real use and continuous refinement, not by abstract assumptions.
[04]
Commitment beyond delivery.
We take responsibility for what we build over time.
Commitment means supporting systems throughout their lifecycle and ensuring they remain relevant, secure, and under control.
We are hiring talent across multiple roles, contributing to Europe’s readiness and long term capability.
We are building a multidisciplinary team across engineering, systems architecture, operations, and supporting functions. Open roles reflect the needs of a growing secure and autonomous infrastructure company, where integration, reliability, and long term thinking matter. If you do not see a position that matches your profile, we still encourage proactive applications from people aligned with our mission and values.
