Apply for this position and join us in building Europe’s next generation infrastructure.
Our values are rooted in responsibility, readiness, and long term thinking. We believe sovereignty must be designed into systems from the start. Readiness is achieved through capability, not procurement. Autonomy is infrastructure, not a feature. We build with the understanding that modern systems carry long term consequences. That is why we prioritise reliability over novelty, integration over isolation, and sustained capability over short term advantage.
Role Overview
LUXUAV builds dual-use-grade UAV ecosystem in Luxembourg. In a market where credibility is
everything, how we present ourselves is as deliberate as the systems we ship. We are looking for a
hands-on Marketing & Communication Manager who delivers — and who owns and manages the
marketing budget responsibly. You will build the brand, produce the marketing toolkit, run our
presence at defence and aerospace events, and drive our visibility, all within confidentiality and
export-control constraints. This is a single-owner role reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer.
Key Responsibilities
• Brand & positioning — Build a strong, consistent brand, refine the value proposition, and
keep messaging coherent across products, markets, and audiences.
• Content & thought leadership — Produce articles, presentations, brochures, white papers,
and product materials, and support leadership visibility on LinkedIn, at conferences, and in
industry publications.
• Press & media — Manage media relations and prepare press materials and announcements,
in close coordination with leadership.
• Events — Plan and run participation in trade shows and conferences end-to-end — stand,
logistics, collateral, and follow-up — on time and on budget.
• Digital & social — Run the website and social media (LinkedIn first): content calendars,
community growth, performance tracking, and lead generation.
• Sales & investor support — Create customer-facing assets, investor materials, and milestone
communication supporting commercial and fundraising goals.
• Competitive intelligence — Track how UAV and defence peers communicate and position,
and turn it into sharper LUXUAV positioning.
Experience & Skills
• BA/MA in Marketing, Communication, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years — in marketing and communication, including several years in a management
position, with a clear track record of delivering.
• Budget ownership — Proven experience owning and managing a marketing budget, including
supplier negotiation and reporting.
• Hands-on — Able to personally produce and ship polished material — copy, decks, basic
design, web — not just brief others.
• Events & PR — Experience running trade shows and managing press relations.
• Sector — Background in defence, aerospace, dual-use, or other regulated/technical
industries a plus.
• Languages — French and English fluent (mandatory); German and Luxembourgish a plus.

[01]
Design with scale in mind.
We develop systems as part of an ecosystem that is intended to grow.
Scale is not an afterthought, but a design principle that shapes architecture, integration, and evolution.
[02]
Build a solid foundation.
We prioritise core architecture, interoperability, and long term resilience.
A strong foundation enables systems to adapt without fragmentation.
[03]
Practice over theory.
We value learning through application.
Systems are shaped by real use and continuous refinement, not by abstract assumptions.
[04]
Commitment beyond delivery.
We take responsibility for what we build over time.
Commitment means supporting systems throughout their lifecycle and ensuring they remain relevant, secure, and under control.
We are hiring talent across multiple roles, contributing to Europe’s readiness and long term capability.
We are building a multidisciplinary team across engineering, systems architecture, operations, and supporting functions. Open roles reflect the needs of a growing secure and autonomous infrastructure company, where integration, reliability, and long term thinking matter. If you do not see a position that matches your profile, we still encourage proactive applications from people aligned with our mission and values.
